The steps to your dream dental home
Head over to our Appointment Request Form, fill out all the details, and we will take it from there. One of our staff members will reach out to schedule your new patient appointment on the best day and time that works for you.
Schedule your new patient appointment
We are excited to announce our new Mobile App and Virtual Check-In process. You will be sent a link after you have scheduled your appointment to complete your new patient forms. You are able to upload photos of your insurance card for us to verify your coverage prior to your appointment. When you arrive to our office, you can check in with your mobile app or at one of our kiosk.
New Patient Paperwork
At each new patient appointment, we gather and go over your dental and medical records. We will go over your concerns, take x-rays, and complete an iTero Scan. One of our dental hygienists will complete a gum disease assessment and go over their findings. You will meet your dentist and together form a long term dental plan.
