Facials: Each Membership includes 9 facial per year to allow for scheduling every 4-6 weeks. Use it or Lose it! If you cannot use one of your nine facial within the active membership period, you can gift the one facial to someone else before the membership expires or renews. Any facial not redeemed during the active period will be expired. 
Duration: Each Membership is active for 12 consecutive months from time of purchase.
Payments: $49 enrollment fee. First payment will automatically draft the 1st of the next month following enrollment fee and every month for twelve consecutive months. 
Scheduling: Patient in responsible for scheduling facials and treatment during the active membership period. 
Failed Appointments: We require a 24-hour notice if the patient cannot keep the reserved appointment time. If the patient fails at cancellation or no shows to their scheduled appointment, they will be at risk for losing member benefits and will forfeit the services scheduled.
